Marketo Hot Lead Notification Setup

Go to "Marketing Activities" in Marketo

Click into the Workspace and import a program.

Look for the "COE - Hot Lead Notification" Program

Finish importing the program to the "Operational" folder for the workspace

Once it's imported, update the name to reflect the dealership initials and remove the "- 1" from the end

Open the "Campaigns" folder and click into the "01 - Send Notification" Smart Program

Click to the "Flow" tab

Select the email for the program for this dealership (it should be the top option when you open the drop-down menu. Otherwise look for "Dealer Alert" and the email should pop up..

Navigate to the client tracker: DS Client Tracker / ARI Client Tracker

Look for the email address of the main contact. Look for any additional email addresses in the "Hot Lead Emails" column

Copy the emails into the "Other Emails" field. If there are multiples, separate them with a comma

Go to the "Schedule" tab and "Activate" the campaign.
