1. Onboarding (DS MA)
Here you'll find a breakdown of the responsibilities, tools, and resources needed by the Dealer Spike MA Team to onboard new clients.
Accounting
- The Accounting Team creates the initial project record in Insight365 (CRM) once they receive the new sale contract information from the Digital Marketing Sales Team.
Client Tracker
MA Team Lead or MA Manager
- The MA Team Lead or MA Manager will add the new sale client information to the MA Client Tracker
- The MA Team Lead or MA Manager will updates the Monthly Sheet Template (in the MA Client Tracker) to include the new sale client information
Tasking
Account Managers
Account Managers are now auto-assigned, but there is currently no notification system set up. The Account Manager Team Lead will forward the new sale information to the assigned Account Manager. And once an Account Manager has been assigned they are responsible for:
- Creating a new client sheet
- Performing Pre-Intake Research
- Reaching out to set up and Intake Call
- Performing the Intake Call
- Follow up with the dealer to get the customer list (if they haven't already) and then send the customer list to the assigned MA Specialist.
- Reaching out to the MA Specialist to inform them the Intake Call has been completed and notes have been left
MA Team Lead or MA Manager
- Examine current workloads, VIP client status, and assigns out the new sale client to an MA Specialist
- The assignment is sent over email, the MA Team Lead or MA Manager adds the assigned MA Specialist to the email chain of new sale information sent by the Digital Marketing Operations Team
Digital Marketing Operations Team
- The Digital Marketing Operations Team will update Insight365 (CRM) with the assigned MA Specialist
