2. Set-Up (ARI MA)

Here you'll find the tools, resources, and a breakdown of responsibilities require to set-up an ARI MA campaign for a new client.

First Month

Juniper

During the Onboarding phase, Juniper will also fill out the MA Setup Form. This form is not sent, however, until the Set-Up phase, and will pass along the following to the ARI Development Team:

  • DKIM Information
    • This lets the ARI Development Team know whether or not we (ARI) manage the domain
  • Form endpoint information
  • Tracking code

Then, before an ARI MA campaign goes live, our team at Juniper will also add our new client to SharpSpring as well as set up the following:

  • Adding the client website to SharpSpring
  • Mapping the website forms to the account in SharpSpring
  • Set-up the lead score algorithim
  • Set up dynamic segmentation lists
  • Create granular unsubscribe buckets
  • Add generic dynamic content rules

ARI MA Specialist

Once Juniper has completed their set-up tasks, and the Account Manager has followed-up with the new clients' customer list, the ARI MA Specialist will complete the following tasks:

  • Setting up email template
  • Requesting and completing form response emails
  • Requesting a complete welcome series (done through SharpSpring)
  • Double check that the lead score algorithm and segmentation lists as set up by Juniper have been completed correctly
  • Follow up with the assigned Account Manager if the ARI MA Specialist hasn't received the dealer customer list
  • Cleaning and uploading the dealer customer list to SharpSpring
  • If we do not manage the domain:
    • Get the DKIM information and send to the Account Manager to pass along to the dealer
