Requesting an Unsubscribe Page

Navigate to the client's account page in Insight365

Scroll down the page to find the "Case Request" area

Click on the "+" In the right-hand corner of the block

Fill out the request 

For the subject, type "Unsubscribe Form"

Select "DS Support" for the team

Check the box for "Do Not Send Email"

Add yourself and the rep to the "Additional Contacts/ Emails" Field

Update the "Details (Customer-Friendly)" with the following:

Set a due date for 2-3 days out and hit "Save"
