Here you'll find the tools, training, and other resources used by the ARI MA Team to perform their routine monthly tasks as well as advanced tasks.

Monthly Work

ARI MA Specialist

During the month, each ARI MA Specialist are expected to accomplish the following for each of their assigned clients.

  • Account research
    • Analyzing historical email performance
    • Analyzing website activity
    • Analyzing segmentation list
    • Analyzing lead scores
  • Completing monthly deliverable tasks
    • Triggered emails
    • Monthly newsletters
  • Requesting work for the next month 
    • This must be completed by the 66% benchmark for the month!
  • Submit all completed work to MA QA Trello Board


Belize ARI MA Specialist

  • As emails come back from Graphic Design, the ARI MA Specialists will add cards to the Belize MA Design Request Tracker
  • Beilize ARI MA Specialists prioritize Newsletter and High Priority requests first, followed by Automation requests.
  • Throughout the month, Belize ARI MA Specialists add content, text, links, and pre-headers to the cards added to the Belize MA Design Request Tracker sheet.
  • Belize ARI MA Specialists will send completed cards to QA, make changes as needed, and send the cards back to ARI MA Specialists to send proofs and set live.
  • In Development: Belize ARI MA Specialists will create content requests for MA content.

Advanced Tasks

ARI MA Specialist

While not currently being performed, once processes have been put into place, the ARI MA Specialist will complete Advanced Tasks for their client. After nurture campaigns have been built out for all vehicle types and all manufacturers, or if an MA campaign has been running for longer than one year, and there's no additional work to do, the ARI MA Specialist will then analyze their dealers' campaign, looking for opportunities to update preexisting campaigns. These tasks include:

  • A/B testing
  • Adding dynamic content
  • Custom design testing
