  • Lead Scoring:

    • A way to prioritize leads based on custom attributes

      • Each lead gets a score based on how they interact with the site, the forms they fill out, and the information they give

      • The more info given, the higher the lead score

      • Lead scores can be customized based on dealers’ specific focuses and priorities

    • Walk through algorithm
  • Lists:

    • Allows you to automatically segment leads into leads

      • Sorted by info given/interest on forms and activity on the website

      • Segmentation allows you to send personalized newsletters to potential customers, and separate for differently specialized salespeople

    • Show how to navigate the lists

      • Find two segments (a make and a vehicle type) and pull a cross-reference list
  • Contact Manager:

    • View all leads

    • Filter leads by lead score/list/owner/source/etc

      • Advanced Search

    • Sort by lead score and click into a user with a high lead score

      • Can assign leads to salespeople

      • Life of the lead breaks down activity on site, forms filled out, emails received, emails opened, and links clicked through on emails

      • Memberships shows emails they've received, on-site traffic, browser used, etc.

      • Can also see associated social profiles

      • Bell icon for assigned leads to notify sales rep when user is on website
