Adding Custom Data Fields

Go to the contact manager for the client

Click into a contact

Navigate to the Custom Fields tab

Click "edit custom fields"

Add field → Lead Field

Title the field

Select all check-boxes

Click "Create field"

You will make a total of 5 text-input fields

• Vehicle Type Purchased
• Make Purchased
• Model Purchased
• Model Year
• Purchase Price

The 6th and 7th will be a date picker field

• Purchase Date
• Event Date

Next, make 4 boolean fields

• Vehicle Purchased
• Feedback Given
• Automation On
• Lost Deal

Once all are completed, click to the left of the field and move to category

Create a new category called "Purchase Data"

Add all fields except "automation on" to that category

Next we're going to make a couple of fields that will be hidden from the contact manager

Follow the steps above but leave "Visible in contact manager" unchecked

These will be drop-down select fields

• Dynamic Vehicle Interest
• Dynamic Vehicle Purchased

For the options, input all vehicle types found on the client's website.

For Harley Dealers, add two additional fields

• Dynamic Family Interest
• Dynamic Family Purchased
