New Sales

Jessica Foust will send an email to MALeads@dealerspike.com with the new client info

Fill out a new row on the client tracker with the relevant information. If any info is missing like a contact or website, reply to the email and ask for that info.

Assign the rep and forward Jessica's email to the rep with a note about their new account

In the monthly sheet template, add the client to the rep's section. If the client is starting in the month we're in, add it to the current monthly sheet as well.

Canceled Clients

Once a retention conclusion has been reached, delete the row for that client in the client tracker and put the info into the canceled clients tab.

Remove the client from the month sheet template.

Updating the Monthly Tracker

Reveal the hidden rows for the rep you're updating.

If you're adding a client, add the info to the next open row.

If you're removing a client, do not delete the entire row. Instead, just delete the data from the row. This will ensure the performance formulas don't break.
