Pulling data into Fluency

  1. Go to the account you are working in, click into Blueprint Data, click into External Data Sources

  2. Add new polling source “DYVA - 2” Data filter by CID, add AWS feed, data format CSV, change to https:// in form of URL, resync or hit refresh under update frequency, and make new path type “DYVA - 2”

    1. Name= “DYVA - 2”

    2. Add feed URL into Data Location (Do not change these URLs)

      1. RV: s3.amazonaws.com/leadventure.wideo.co/Lead_Venture/output_file.csv

      2. Powersports: https://s3.us-east-1.amazonaws.com/leadventure.wideo.co/Lead_Venture_Weekly/output_file.csv

  3. Click Advanced Settings

  4. Set Data Format to “csv”

  5. Add data filter: “ CID = 4160316737“ 

    1. The CID is based on the Google Ads CID that was added into the DVA form

  6. Click refresh and save and then the data should be in Account Data after the tab is refreshed

Staging and reviewing the campaign

  1. After the DYVA - 2 data is showing in the account data section, go to Automate > Launch to add the DYVA campaigns into review

  2. Add account

  3. Select L5 YouTube BP DYVA

  4. Put the actual budget in or a temporary budget

    1. NOTE: ALL brands, include FSM require a 30% holdback on ad spend. Ensure this is set up correctly for each account.

  5. Hit plus and stage then review the launch preview

  6. Launch the campaign after the review is complete

Edit targeting in Google Ads 

  1. Go into Google Ads

  2. For the DYVA - Retargeting campaign, change the target audience to All Site Visitors 90 or comparable

  3. For DYVA - Behavioral - Views, change the target audience to Campers & RVs

  4. Make sure these campaigns are set to no have no end date

  5. Go back into fluency

    1. Pull in the changes 

    2. Update the new budgets

    3. Update the account budget
