Welcome to the Digital Marketing Department's space on Confluence! Here you'll find all relevant documentation, training, and reference material needed for each department within Digital Marketing; Creative, MA, SEM, SEO, and TDA. Each department is then separated into its own space with further divisions between ARI and Dealer Spike processes as needed.

The Creative Services Department includes the Content, Graphic Design, and QA (Quality Assurance) Teams. The Content and Graphic Design Teams fulfill image and written content requests for the MA, SEM, SEO, and TDA Teams, while QA reviews all on-site and ad-based optimization for errors, suggesting fixes and potential improvements to the work.
The Juniper Team handles both on-site and off-site fulfillment as well as account set-up for the MA, SEM, SEO, and TDA Teams. They're responsible for a wide range of tasks including account set-up, content posting, YouTube posting, backlink scans, the implementation of internal link structures, and much, much more!
