How to use the Email Verification Tool

Log into the website

Select “Dealer HVI” profile


Upload your CSV by clicking "Upload"

NOTE: Ensure email column in CSV is labeled “Email”


Click Add in the pop-up window

Once your CSV is added, click Upload file

Wait. The Marketingautomation@ email will get a notification when the file is finished processing.

Download the file

Look at legend to determine what to remove

Remove all Invalid records

Look at the Unknown records and remove anything that seems fishy

Upload all Valid records to SharpSpring
