4. Reporting (ARI MA)
RTraini
Here you'll find the breakdown of reporting responsibilities, examples of reports, and the resources needed to generate Monthly Reports, 6-Month Plan Reports, and, in the future, Year-over-Year reports.
Juniper
During the reporting period, our Juniper team members will:
- Pull stats (data) from SharpSpring
- Paste stats (data) into individual client sheets
- The Juniper team will then clean up the stats (data) for each client as they paste the numbers into their respective client sheets.
ARI MA Specialists
During the reporting period, the ARI MA Specialists will:
- Write out their Work Done in the client sheet
- Write out their Proposed Work in the client sheet
- The ARI MA Specialist will also write out Call Notes for their Account Managers, e.g. high or low points for the client, issues to address, etc.
- Generate the report through NinjaCat
- Perform initial QA of the generated report
- Upload the report to monthly QA folder for review
- Make any QA corrections
- Attach Monthly Reports at the project record level in Insight365 (CRM) {not currently implemented, plan to roll out June 1st-5th, 2020}
- As a team, all reports will be sent to their respective clients once they're ready to send
Monthly Report Resources
Example:
6-Month Plans
Currently not in use due to the transition between Marketo and SharpSpring, the goal is to update the 6-Month Plan training materials in order to roll these reports out during the July 2020 reporting period. During that time, all new incoming clients and all clients between 1-3 months of service, will receive a 6-Month Plan
ARI MA Specialist
During the reporting period the ARI MA Specialist will complete the following in order to generate a 6-Month Plan:
- Analyzing past website behavior
- This will be done in Google Analytics if the client has a preexisting GA Account through another marketing service
- If Google Analytics data is not available, the 6-Month Plan will be based on the clients' responses to the Intake Form
- This will be especially important for new ARI MA clients that are signing up for both an ARI MA campaign and an ARI website
6-Month Plan Resources
Example:
- An example report will be placed here once the 6-Month Plan Training has been updated and a report has been generated
Resources:
- Google Analytics
- You MUST be logged in to the SEO Chrome profile
- Only available if the client was a previous Digital Marketing client
- Only available if the ARI MA Specialist has a GA login from a separate marketing company
- Using PIWIK to Gather Website Analytics (training will be created in June, to roll out in July 2020)
- How to Build a 6-Month Plan (ARI MA) [training is currently being updated]
- Google Drive
- The 6-Month Plan should be created in a Google Doc
Year-over-Year Reports
Currently, Year-over-Year reports are in development with the Digital Marketing Development Team, and will roll out once the process for and the data needed to generate the reports has been finalized. However, this is also not a current priority for the Digital Marketing Development Team, so it may be some time. In practice, once a client has been an MA client for 12-months, a Year-over-Year report will be generated to demonstrate the value of our services to the dealer, and show the progress of their MA campaign.
ARI MA Specialists
- We will outline the steps for generating a Year-over-Year report once the Digital Marketing Development Team has finalized the report template and training on how to generate Year-over-Year reports has been built.
Year-over-Year Report Resources
Example:
- An example report will be placed here once the Year-over-Year report template and appropriate training have been developed and a report has been generated
