Setting Up the Welcome Series

1  Create email template in SharpSpring under the "Content" tab. Use the blank drag and drop template and name it "Welcome Series"


2. Drag and drop elements from left sidebar according to directives from the Welcome Email card for the client.

3. Import images from Fred by double-clicking on photo box and clicking the +, then image. Add text taken from client website relevant to the welcome series.

4. Add hyperlinks to images linking to appropriate pages on client site by double clicking image and then selecting "Link", and pasting in appropriate link to the site.

5. Send a test email to yourself by clicking on the three dots and selecting "send a preview email", enter your email. Verify that all links are working properly.

6. Save it.
