In Marketo, go to the Design Studio

Find the workspace and open the Snippets folder

There should be two folders: Global Snippets and Local Snippets. If Local Snippets is missing, create it now. If Global Snippets is missing, make sure the Global Snippet folder in the COE is shared with your workspace.

Open the Global Snippets folder

Footer Snippet

Right-click on the Quick Start Email - Footer snippet and select "Clone"

Give the snippet a name with the dealer initials and "Email - Footer"

Click "Clone"

In the editor, update the info to reflect the dealership's info.

Highlight the "Unsubscribe" link and replace it with the custom unsubscribe form on the website

Finally, update the Social Media icons and remove any unused ones

Logo Snippet

Repeat the process for cloning the snippet on the Logo snippet

In the snippet editor, click on the logo and then the "Image" button

Click the icon next to the Image URL field

Find the image of the Logo and select it to replace the Dealer Spike logo

Update the size of the image to be about 250-300px across. Make sure "Constrain Proportions" is selected when resizing.

Finally, set the image as a link to the homepage of the website.

Approve the Snippets

Back in the Design Studio, right-click on each completed snippet and select "Approve"
