Due Date Priority Guide (?)
When making your monthly requests, please use the following guidelines when setting your due dates:
Urgent Newsletters that need to be sent in the first week - Due by the 5th
Automations for clients that need to see proofs before work is set live - Due within 5 working days of the 5th
All other Newsletters - Due by end of first full week
Automations for clients that are more responsive and engaged - Due by end of second full week
Automations for clients that are not as engaged - due within 2 days of EOM
Set your due date for the end of the week you need it due in.
IF you know you'll need a newsletter or series of emails completed by a certain date (like for an event), put the actual date you need it due.
Each week, design will work through the list of cards that are due in that week.
Try to stay aware of your fellow rep's priorities and don't try to push work through early if it's not absolutely necessary.
