How to: Prioritize Requests

When you begin your workday and pull up the Salesforce DS/ARI Content Writing Dashboard, complete requests in the following order:

1. Issues from QA, Juniper, or SEO

Fix any issues, then send the piece back

Other teams are waiting on you before they can do their work.

Getting these requests done first limits our team’s delay in the Content Fulfillment Pipeline.

 

2. My Assignments

Complete requests assigned to you by Reina or Lyra

Located: Left side, below Request Totals

These requests are such high priority that they needed to be assigned out ASAP by leadership, rather than wait for them to be selected by a writer.

As a result, they need to be completed ASAP.

 

3. High Priority & Requires Approval

Complete requests that are both High Priority and Requires Approval

 

4. High Priority

Complete requests that are marked High Priority

 

5. Operation: Trash Day

Complete requests for cancelling dealers

 

6. 1st Month

Complete requests for newly signed dealers

 

7. Requires Approval

Complete requests for dealers that require approval

 

8. Oldest Remaining Requests

Complete the oldest remaining requests before moving onto new ones
