Set-Up QA (DS MA)
Open up the MA Tracker and navigate to the Setup tab. Mark each completed section with an "x" as you see it completed or leave it blank if it's not

Click the client list menu and select “Manage Clients”
Search for the client
- AdWords Restricted
- Once you’ve found the client, click the settings drop-down
- Select Adwords Settings
- Ensure the box is checked to hide adwords
- Limitus & Shutterstock Restricted
- On the same drop-down, select Services and Allowances
- Check that Litmus and Shutterstock have been changed to 0
- Tracking Code Installed On Site
- Open Notepad++
- Connect to Live Server through FTP
- Navigate to the client folder and open stdheaderend.inc
- Look for code that looks like this
- Form Integration
- Navigate to client’s admin panel
- Manage Snippets
- Json-Snippet
- JsonLeadProvidersQueue
- Look for code that looks like this
- Navigate to Sharpspring
- Content
- Forms
- Manage
- And Check that the following forms are mapped
- Catch All
- Finance Application
- Contact Us
- Best Price
- Careers
- Facebook Inquiry
- Get Quote
- Inquiry
- Insurance Quote
- Lead Pop
- Parts Request
- Rental Availability
- Rental Form
- Schedule Ride
- Service Request
- Trade Value
- LeadTrack Activated on Admin Panel
- Navigate to admin panel
- Click on Leads and look for a link labeled “Lead Track”
- MA Login Activated on Admin Panel
- Click over to the Digital Marketing Tab and look for “Marketing Automation”
- GA Setup
- Log into Analytics and search for the client site
GTM Installed
- Run the tag manager and ensure GA and GTM are both installed
For this next part, ensure you’re in the Client Account by selecting the name of the client from the client list
- Click the settings in the bottom left corner
- UTM Source Updated
- Select Company Email Settings and ensure the utm_source is “ds_marketing_automation”
- Granular Unsubscribe Activated
- Granular Unsubscribe should be either Pending or Enabled
- Global Merge Variables
- Click to the Global Merge Variables tab and check that the info is correct
- DKIM/ Domain Verification
- Click to DKIM & Sending Domains and make sure there is a green check underneath “Is Verified” and “DKIM Status”
- Followup Email Created
- Finally, navigate to the content dropdown and select “Emails”
- Look through the folders for an email titled “Follow up”- It will likely be blank
