  1. Account is sold by Sales
  2. Jessica F or Account Manager will create card on First Month Trello board
  3. Account Manager reaches out for intake
  4. Juniper completes account setup
  5. Belize team creates and updates email snippets
  6. Account Manager completes intake
  7. MA Rep copy intake answers from response form to client sheet
  8. MA Rep sets up lists and requests Email Template
  9. MA Rep completes the email template and then requests Form Followup emails
  10. After all month 1 emails are completed, MA rep will send to client for approval
  11. MA Rep creates and completes 6-month plan
  12. Client approves 6-month plan and First Month Emails
  13. MA Rep sets emails live
  14. MA Rep requests auto-responses to be turned off (support)
  15. MA Rep completes month 1 work
    1. Write work done
    2. Write proposed work
  16. MA Rep Requests design and content for first month of 6-month plan (to be due in month 2)

Month 2

  1. Account Manager completes reporting call
  2. MA Rep sends email proofs to clients for approval
  3. Juniper posts content as completed
  4. MA rep completes month 2 work
    1. Write work done
    2. Write proposed work
  5. MA rep requests emails for next month's campaign focus

Month 3

  1. Account Manager completes reporting call
  2. MA Rep sends email proofs to clients for approval
  3. MA Rep completes month 3 work
    1. Write work done
    2. Write proposed work
  4. MA rep requests next month's campaign focus
