Adding a YouTube Video to an Ecommerce Product

Step-by-Step Guide


  1. Go to YouTube (www.youtube.com) and navigate to the video that you would like to add to an Ecommerce product.
  2. Click on the Share button located directly below the video.



  3. Next click on the Embed button. 



  4. Copy the entire section of code provided by YouTube:



  5. Go to Products > Product Manager and conduct a search for the product that you wish to add the YouTube video. The default search tool is a keyword/part number search bar, or you could use the Search By buttons on the left side of the screen to find products using other methods.



  6. Navigate to the product in the search results table and click View.
     
     

  7. Paste the YouTube URL that you earlier saved to your clipboard into the field labelled Custom YouTube URLs. Select Publish Changes in the top-right header menu.
