Web Order Exports

Users can export their orders in a number of different ways, by following the instructions below.  

1. In the ARI CMS main menu, go to Leads > Orders
2. Select Download Orders
3. Select the order or orders that you wish to include in the download
4. Choose your option:
   
   
   1. Summary Details Only (CSV): Contains order details, sans the individual product line items contained within each order
      
      
   2. Product Details Only (CSV): Lists the individual products contained within each order number. Doesn’t contain any of the customer information available within the  Summary Details Only file.
      
      
   3. Full Details (Ideal Systems CSV): Contains both the Summary Details and the Product Details for each order
      
      
   4. Full Details (C-Systems): Contains both the Summary Details and the Product Details for each order. Download is in ZIP format, and individual orders in EDI.
