  1. Add to Active Client List as a backup 

  2. Check that Google Analytics is tracking and find property

    1. This should be in google.analytics.4@netdriven.com

  3. Verify Google Search Console if needed

    1. Ensure that GSC is in google.analytics.4@netdriven.com

    2. Submit Sitemap

    3. Set to 12 months and export keyword list

  4. Check that 404s redirect to homepage and set up SEOLocation Token

  5. Create Ninjacat Account 

    1. Link Google Analytics data source

    2. Link Google Search Console data source

    3. Create report (SEO Report 5.2)

  6. Conduct Keyword Research 

    1. Merge GSC and Keyword Planner Lists and Edit 

    2. Add more keywords for services 

  7. Add new Accuranker Domain 

    1. Please note, when the above link refers to linking to Google Search Console and Google Analytics, use google.analytics.4@netdriven.com instead of the listed DS logins

    2. Add keywords to Accuranker 

    3. Organize and flesh out initial seed list 

  8. Set up Optimization Plan in Fulfillment Work Done section of the client’s account in Salesforce

  9. Assign yourself to the Account Team as the SEO Rep

  10. Update TDA Pixel to include which Service Catalog a Client has

  11. Add to CDP

  12. Set up Ongoing Fulfillment and task schedules and assign Ongoing Fulfillment to yourself

  13. Close setup task

  14. Assign QA to peer
