ND SEO Support Case Creation

Detailed below is a brief overview of how to create a support case for web support - specifically for issue with Ignition sites.

 

  • Go to the account needing the support case

  • Click the "New Support Case" button located in the row of buttons to the top right above the quick links

  • In the popup, fill out all the required fields as descriptive to the issue as possible. For issues with the website, the queue will be Ignition Web Support, product will be Ignition website, and sub category will depended on the type of issue (there's a long list to choose from). If it's something we discovered, the origin will be Internal. Priority almost always will be the default of Medium. Type will usually be Problem/Issue. Platform Instance will be the the website the case is for.

  • After the case is created, you can add any screenshots by clicking the link to the case and uploading images in the files section to the right

 

  • You're done!

 

Until further notice, contact Andrew with any issues first before creating a support case. Some issues may not require it or may need to go to the Ignition development team.
