Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR)

This documentation will take you through the set-up and execution of a QBR for an FSB (Full Solution Bundle) or VIP client.

First things first: Creation of the PowerPoint slide deck. If the CSM does not share a LeadVenture branded deck with you after you’re alerted of the upcoming call, reach out to the SEO Supervisor to see if they can create the deck.

Collecting the Data:

SEO Management has worked to build a dashboard in NinjaCat to aid in a faster data pull for these quarterly decks and calls. The data can be pulled for an individual dealer or an entire dealer group. Q/Q comparisons of the data can be pulled directly from the dashboard.

The stats included are:

  • Impressions

  • Clicks

  • Visits

  • Conversions

  • Record of Work Done in the previous quarter

  • Upcoming quarter’s Campaign Plan

  • Most Improved Keywords (*This is the only stat that will not represent an entire quarter. The data pulled is only for the last month of the quarter.)

  • Top Landing Pages

In NinjaCat, navigate to “Accounts” → “Dashboards” then search for QBR and select “DO NOT DELETE - Lance: SEO QBR” by clicking the eye symbol on the right.

  1. Pick your dealer by selecting an account in the dropdown on the top left side of the dashboard.

Dealer groups have already been created in NinjaCat, so if you search for one account in the group, it will populate all dealerships.
*Please let leadership know if you need a group updated to include or remove locations!

  1. Set your date range to the reporting period and the comparison range to the preceding quarter.

Quarter 1: January - March

Quarter 2: April - June

Quarter 3: July - September

Quarter 4: October - December

  1. After the dashboard generates your data, scroll through to check that it looks valid and correct. Each section can then be exported into a CSV to be copied/pasted into a table on the Powerpoint or they can be screenshot and pasted into the deck.

  2. Once the slides are built out, you must add insights or context to the data. You can spend some time in GSC pulling insights for impressions, clicks, and top landing pages. Another option is to work with Grant and see if you can get insights pulled using AI.
