Intake Call

The Account Manager will have an intake call with the new client to determine the details of their business. These details include, but are not limited to:

  • Product priorities.

  • Manufacturer priorities.

  • Target locations.

  • Competitors.

  • Sales/Promos.

The information gathered on this call will be transcribed onto the client sheet for you to utilize in your optimizations.

Important Note

Questionnaires are beginning to get sent out to clients. This is in order to capture essential dealership details to be added into the client sheet.

 

Client Sheets and Trello Cards

Ensure the client sheet has been created and has the intake call information on it.

Navigate to the Trello SEO Content Staging board to ensure the client card has been created.

  • You will be responsible for adding the client’s information to the client description section of the Trello card. This information can be gathered directly from the customer’s website.

  • Example of a filled-out description for a client card:

Visit the Website

Visit and examine the customer’s website to identify points of interest for SEO.

  • Study their inventory size.

  • What are their product types and product brands?

  • What additional services do they offer outside of sales (service department, parts department, rentals, etc.)?

 

Building an Initial Keyword List

Based on the information gathered from the website, intake call, and prior keyword research, assemble an initial keyword list for a first-month customer:
