Training Module Phases

  • Module work

    • Take modules

    • Review subject matter with Training buddy(Senior Rep)

  • Then Shadow Training Buddy doing the work & discuss

  • Then practical application on Training Buddy’s clients

  • Practical application across the entire team

    • Assign out clients to do this task on

    • Reps each check their work and provide notes to the trainee and training buddy

    • Training buddy coaches on feedback notes and issues as they go

 

Trainees can be on each module for up to 1-2 weeks and then layer on subsequent modules.


Phase 1 (1-2 Weeks)

  • New Hire setup

    • Share Folders

    • Welcome Email

    • Setting up Outlook and Teams(signatures, etc)

    • How to use our tools(Office, Google, etc)

    • Remote working best practices and etiquette.

    • Your First Day

  • How Google Works

  • What Is SEO?

    • Review What Is SEO

 


Phase 2 (1-2 Weeks)

  • How to use Keywords (Cannibalization, semantic usage)

  • On-site Optimization

 


Phase 3 (1 Week)

  • Internal Link Structure

 


Phase 4 (1 Week)

  • Side Tasks 

    • Content/Youtube Requests in client sheet

    • Intro to Trello (Content & QA boards)

 


Phase 5 (1 Week)

  • Reporting

    • Introduction to NinjaCat (general overview)

    • What metrics are included in the reports?

    • Formatting the client sheet (WDI tab)

 


Phase 6 (2-3 Weeks)

  • Tools:

    • Google Analytics

    • Google Search Console

    • Google Tag Manager

    • Yext (basics)

    • SEO Monitor

  • Updating Campaign Plans (based off of research from these tools)

 


Phase 7 (1-2 Weeks)

  • First Month Client Guide

  • First Month Client Work

  • First Month Trello Board (check set up)
