Here you'll find the documents, tools, and training required by the Dealer Spike SEM and Juniper teams to generate monthly reports, and once implemented for the SEM team, 6-Month, and Year-Over-Year reports.

Monthly Reports

The reporting period is the 1st through the 5th of each month. All reports are emailed to our clients on the evening of the 5th, at 6:00 pm, including a scheduling link for the client to schedule a report call.

Account Managers

  • Reach out to all Digital Marketing customers, by phone, to schedule report calls
  • Accepting and directing client requests over email 
    • This isn't really a reporting task, it just occurs more often during the beginning of the month


SEM Specialists

  • Prepare and generate SEM Reports through our reporting tool, Ninja Cat.
  • Initial report QA
  • Upload the generated report to the monthly reporting QA folder
  • Complete any QA corrections
  • Attach final report to their client's Digital Marketing project in the CRM
  • Set reports to automatically email the final report to their client on the evening of the 5th
  • Double check that the budget for each account has been set-up correctly

Facebook Reports

SEM Specialists

  • Prepare and generate Facebook Reports through our reporting tool, Ninja Cat.
  • Initial report QA
  • Upload the generated report to the monthly reporting QA folder
  • Complete any QA corrections
  • Attach final report to their client's Digital Marketing project in the CRM
  • Set Facebook reports to automatically email the final report to their client on the evening of the 5th
  • Double check that the Facebook Ads budget for each account has been set-up correctly
