4. Reporting (TDA)

Here you'll find the documents, tools, and training required by the Dealer Spike SEO and Juniper teams to generate monthly, 6-month, and Year-over-Year reports, as well as information on Report Calls.


Monthly Reports


Reports are run on or around the 8th of each month.

Account Managers

  • Reach out to all Digital Marketing customers, by phone, to schedule report calls.


Belize TDA Specialist

  • Prepare and generate TDA monthly reports in our reporting tool, Ninja Cat.
  • QA the monthly TDA report
    • This is not sent to the Digital Marketing QA Team
  • Complete any needed adjustments or corrections to the report
    • Problematic reports are escalated to the TDA Department Manager
  • Attach the final TDA monthly report to the CRM

Custom reports can be generated for clients at any time during the month and contain nearly any TDA performance metric. Generally, a custom report starts as a client request:

  • Generate a custom report by navigating to Quorum
