Marketing First Month Task Board (NEW)
The Marketing First Month Task Board (NEW) on Trello allows for clear communication between the Dealer Spike Marketing Department and our Juniper team. When a sale first occurs, Juniper goes through the initial setup process for an SEM/SEO/MA/TDA account before the reps take over. The process is outlined as the following:
- Sale is made and information is put in DS Digital Marketing New Sales chat (Teams).
- The Digital Marketing Operations Team creates a card the Marketing First Month Task Board (NEW) with the relevant labels and reps to represent the client's marketing packages.
- Intake call is scheduled and completed by Account Managers.
- Juniper completes the following setup for SEM clients:
- Google Analytics
- Google Tag Manager
- NinjaCat
- Rep finishes remaining setup.
- Account is set live.
