Component isn't in my library
If you cannot find a particular component under the "Active Components" under Admin > Account > Components, proceed through the following steps to verify that the component is available to you.
Please note: Only "Admin" users can access components. If you need "Admin" access, please talk to an existing "Admin" user on your account, or contact your ARI representaive.
- Go to the Components Library
- In the ARI CMS, go to Admin > Account > Components and look for the component in the Inactive Components tab
- If the component is not listed, it may be that it's not part of your website package. Contact your ARI representative or ARI Support to inquire about having the component added.
