Best Price Form

The Best Price form will display on your Vehicle & Equipment Detail pages for inventory that has a "Best Price" applied. When a user submits the form, an automated email containing the "Best Price" will be sent to them.


Adding Best Price to an Inventory Unit

  1. Go to Products > Inventory Manager
  2. Applying a Best Price
    1. Adding a New Unit: Click Add Unit Inventory. On the next page, enter the unit details until you come to the field labelled Base Price
    2. Editing an Existing Unit: Find the unit in the table and select Edit. Navigate to the field labelled Base Price
  3. Verify that Base Price is set to Web Price, and verify that the base price is entered in the field directly beneath
  4. Enter a Best Price. This is the price that will be automatically emailed to anyone who fills out the Best Price form for the unit
  5. Click Save, then Publish Changes

Best Price Form - Form Fields

  1. Item (Auto-populated): Year/Make/Model
  2. VIN (Auto-populated): VIN or HIN (where applicable)
  3. Name (Required): The consumer's first and last name
  4. Email (Required): The consumer's email address
  5. Phone: The consumer's telephone number
  6. Comments: Notes entered by the consumer
  7. Receive Offers: Opt In check box
