Dealer Spike SEM Project Life Cycle


Refer to the table of contents below to navigate to the tool, document, or other resource you may need in order to best serve your client, no matter what phase of the Dealer Spike SEM Project Life Cycle they're in.

1. Onboarding (DS SEM)

Here you'll find the tools, documents, and other resources used by the Dealer Spike SEM Department to onboard new clients.

2. Set-Up (DS SEM)

Here you'll find the tools, training, and resources used by the Dealer Spike SEM and Juniper teams in order to set up an SEM campaign for new clients.

3. Maintenance (DS SEM)

Here you'll find the tools, training, and other resources used by the Dealer Spike SEM Team to perform routine monthly tasks, as well as advanced one-off tasks

4. Reporting (DS SEM)

Here you'll find the documents, tools, and training required by the Dealer Spike SEM and Juniper teams to generate monthly reports, and once implemented for the SEM team, 6-Month, and Year-Over-Year reports.

5. Offboarding (DS SEM)

When the unthinkable happens, and a client wants to cancel their Digital Marketing Services, or even their website entirely, there is an escalation pathway that must be followed. We Want to retain any and all clients that we can, so make sure you're doing your due diligence to hear your clients' concerns and address them appropriately.

Each LMS365 course contains a series of instruction videos, examples of work, and the information you'll need to guide you through the Dealer Spike approach to SEM. Read carefully and ask questions, because the training here will make sure you deliver superior results for your clients.
