- Select "+ Add".
- Complete the required fields in the 'Account Settings' section
- In the "Budget Account Settings", input your account's total monthly budget in the "Approved Account Budget" field.
- Under 'Account Preferences', assign a user, enter your account domain, choose a vertical associated with your domain, and ensure "Automatic" is selected for Reverse Sync.
- Provide your address and other necessary information.
- Once all 4 fields have been completed, click "Save".
- If your account already exists in Google Ads, Bing or Facebook, click the “Sub-Accounts” tab, then enter in the Reference ID (the 10-digit Google Ads CID number) in the relative field(s).
- Note that if you are creating a brand new account (and want Fluency to create the Google Ads account) and complete steps 7-16, the Reference ID will automatically be generated after launching the account.
- If you have already created a Google Ads account and do not enter the CID number in the Reference ID field, Fluency will create a duplicate Google Ads account!
- Click the “Blueprint” tab, then select the “Polling Sources” subtab.
- Fill in the following to create an inventory list:
- List name: inventory
- "inventory" must remain lowercase and spelled correctly
- Update Frequency: 24
- This means the list will update every 24 hours.
- Polling Source: https://www.[domainname].com/feeds.asp?feed=DigitalMarketingFeed
- Replace [domaninname] with your dealer's URL.
- Click “Preview Data” to QA the link, then click “Save”.

- In the “Launch Queue” find your account and select the “Review” (the eye) icon to preview each of the Blueprints that have been applied to the account.
- QA the account and resolve errors/warnings, if necessary.
