The following emails templates serve as a starting point when emailing clients regarding various situations.
New Live Account Email:
Hello (Insert name),
This is ___ with the Dealer Spike SEM Department. I wanted to let you know we have your AdWords campaign set up, and have set it live. Your ads will now start to show on Google. We are excited to see your account perform and start driving traffic to your website!
SEM ONLY As a reminder, we will put together a monthly report for you at the beginning of each month, with the last month's campaign results. You will receive this in an email sent on the 5th of the month. In the email there will be a link to your report, and a link to schedule a reporting call with us. To schedule a call, follow the link and pick a time that works best for you. We will give you a call at that time to go over your report.
SEM/SEO As a reminder, we will put together a monthly report for you at the beginning of each month, with the last month's campaign results. To schedule a call, follow the link and pick a time that works best for you. We will give you a call at that time, and we can go over both your SEO and SEM reports.
If you haven’t already, please grant access to seo@dealerspike.com to your Google My Business profile so that we can link with your SEM campaigns. You may also find a request for this permission sent to the email that belongs to the GMB profile.

Hi,
