Content Task Renaming & Priority List

SEO Reps: Renaming Content Tasks

For any clients that are high priority or require approval, the content task name needs to be edited in Salesforce.

To do this, click the edit pencil next to the task name and edit that field.

To keep things consistent and ensure all filtering works correctly, all task names MUST follow this format:

  • Content Piece 1 (High Priority)

  • Content Piece 1 (Requires Approval)

  • Content Piece 1 (High Priority & Requires Approval)

  • Content Piece 1 (Requires Approval / Dealer Posts) ← This is very specific for one Dealer Spike customer.

For ARI Pro/Premium Tasks where you are choosing to do either a Content Piece or On-Site work for the month, you MUST follow this format when renaming the task:

  • Content Piece 1 or Monthly On-Site SEO

Content Writers: Priority List

This is the order in which content requests should be prioritized: (1 = Most Important; 5 = Least Important)

  1. High Priority & Requires Approval

  2. High Priority

  3. 1st Month

  4. Requires Approval

  5. According to Date
