Reading the Request (December 2023 - February 2024)

Requests for December 2023 through February 2024 will appear in the Fulfillment Task’s Chatter space.

Finding Request Information

You can get to any client’s request by clicking on Fulfillment Task name next to the Account’s name. Fulfillment Task Names are either Content Piece 1, Content Piece 2, or variations of it. The name is modified by the SEO rep to indicate the priority of the request.

Step 1: Click on the Fulfillment Task Name.

Step 2: In the Fulfillment Task window, look at the right panel. There will be two tabs: Activity, and Chatter. Click Chatter.

Here, you can see that the SEO rep has requested an article about cruiser motorcycles, and that this is the only request for this client in December.


Finding Client Information

When we used Trello, the dealer information was on each month’s card. Corrections were rarely done on template cards, so each month’s card would contain incorrect information despite callouts for corrections.

In Salesforce, the dealer information is contained in an Ongoing Fulfillment entry’s Chatter section. There is only one Ongoing Fulfillment object for content writing Fulfillment Tasks, so it is easier to make corrections and correct data for each client.

Step 1: Click on the Fulfillment Task Name.

Step 2: Scroll down and locate the Ongoing Fulfillment field in the Related Record section. CTRL+Click the OF-XXXXXXX item to open a new window.

Step 3: In the Ongoing Fulfillment window, look at the right panel. There will be two tabs: Activity, and Chatter. Click Chatter.

Here, you can see that the rep has entered information regarding the dealership. The post has also been shortened. Click the Expand Post link to see more.

When you see an error on the client’s information, you may comment on the Chatter by clicking on the Comment button below the post. Start the post with the @ and the rep’s name to notify them, then type your message regarding the correction that needs to be made.

Note that each Chatter is different. For example, the Ongoing Fulfillment Chatter will only have a history about the client information, and the Fulfillment Task Chatter will have history about the actual content request for the month. Reply to the correct thread!
