Table of Contents

Refer to the Table of Contents below to navigate to the Digital Marketing Department tool, resource, or document you may need in order to complete your QA tasks for the month.

1. Content (QA)

Content QA refers to the process of correcting and improving the pagefooters, blog articles, and deliverables from the Content Team. On this page you'll find how to prioritize Content QA work and the requirements for each type of content.

2. Graphic Design (QA)

On this page, you'll find a breakdown of QA Specialist responsibilities as they pertain to Graphic Design image requests, reviewing both the objective and subjective aspects of the design.

3. MA (QA)

MA QA consists primarily of reviewing email sets and matching them to completed, deliverable emails. These emails represent the combined efforts of both MA Specialists and Graphic Designers so the QA Specialist will need to be knowledgeable with respect to both MA and Graphic Design processes. Additionally, you'll find a breakdown of MA Report QA responsibilities and guidelines.

4. SEM (QA)

SEM QA is handled primarily by our team in Belize, with interaction from our team in Wilsonville, as needed. The QA team is vital to the success of our SEM campaigns as without their regular input many accounts would not be flourishing the way they do. Below you'll find a breakdown of responsibilities, tools, and resources, required to perform SEM QA for the month.

5. SEO (QA)

Welcome to ARI and Dealer Spike SEO! Here you'll find the tools, documentation, and resources needed to successfully perform QA for either the ARI or Dealer Spike SEO Teams.
