Targeted Digital Advertising Trello
The Targeted Digital Advertising Trello board is used for the setup process for a new TDA client. The Account Managers will move the cards throughout each column while checking off the relative tasks on each checklist. This process ensures that the initial setup for a new client gets done correctly. The process is outlined as the following:
Intake
- Intake scheduled.
- Send dealer a pre-intake prep email.
- Intake completed.
- Simpli.fi order form submitted.
Design
- Card submitted on graphic design Trello board.
- Sent dealer completed ads for approval.
- Ads approved.
- Moved card on graphic design board to "Completed" column.
- Located completed display ads in the Shared Drive.
Supplemental Attachments
- Requested keyword list from SEM and/or SEO rep(s).
- Make a copy of the TDA Template document.
- Filled out "Target Zone" tab with list of target zones (provided by dealer).
- Keywords from rep added to "Keywords" tab.
Final Submission
- Forward original order confirmation to west@simpli.fi with supplement attachments and approved display ads.
- Email accounting letting them know that the account has been set live. Please include the budget and cc Sarah on the email.
Conversion Setup (Chris Smith)
- Set up conversions in Simplifi.
- Make sure that the pixel has been added to the GTM account/site.
