This amendment will take place until STB - 2233 Has Live Website Logic is implemented. This process will help the digital marketing team calculate the true age of the Fulfillment Request (the time that the team takes to setup).
When a setup Fulfillment Request has a live website, the following will take place:
The Created By date under the System Information section will be added to the Date of First Contact field under the Fulfillment Request Details section.
In the example below, the Date of First Contact field will read 6/6/2024.
