NinjaCat Salesforce ID Update

Requirements:

• User updating the data must have Implementation role active.

• User must sign in to NinjaCat using link https://app.ninjacat.io/agency/accounts#/

• User must choose the Dealer Spike agency.

Where does the Salesforce ID go in NinjaCat?

Answer: We use the Primary Contact field under Settings.

The More Actions menu can be found at the top right-hand corner of an account page.

How do we find the Salesforce ID of an account in Salesforce?

Answer:

1. Go to https://leadventure1.lightning.force.com/lightning

2. Type the account name on the search bar at the top.

3. Click into the account. You can use the suggest card at the top as long as the URL matches, or you can select from the account list. Select client whose client status is Customer, has a NetSuite ID, and whose URL matches the NinjaCat account information.

4. When you click into the account, you will see the URL for the account on your browser’s address bar. The Salesforce ID is located between Account/ and /view.

5. Copy and paste this string of letters and numbers into the Primary Contact field in NinjaCat and click save.
