PSM Migration Clients

PSM migration clients currently have websites with PSM on the Firestorm platform. They are migrating to a new website on the Spark platform. Once their new website is live, our advertising and automated email marketing (AEM) teams will need to make necessary updates to the existing setup to continue digital marketing services. As of February 8, 2024, fulfillment requests with the following fulfillment types exist:

• PSM Firestorm Email (AEM)

• PSM Paid Advertising (SEM)

Fulfillment requests associated with these fulfillment types do not have live websites and are waiting for a live website on the Spark platform. Just like any other digital marketing service that is not ready to be worked, they will need a parent fulfillment request and their status will need to be changed to On Hold.

Below is the list of items the Operations Team will need to complete in order to place PSM Migration fulfillment requests on hold. The advertising checklist includes an extra step because the LeadVenture Salesforce environment does not contain information regarding the client’s advertising services, therefore we are defaulting to “Search Engine Marketing (Google/Bing)” for the product and requesting that the advertising team check the existing service(s) and adjust accordingly.
