Removing a Parent Fulfillment Request
When a fulfillment request has a Parent Request, such as a website fulfillment request that hasn’t gone live yet, the parent request may reset the fulfillment request’s status back to New when the parent request is closed/completed. Therefore, if there is a need to set the status of a digital marketing fulfillment request to “Closed” before a parent request has been completed, the ideal workflow is to disconnect the parent request from the digital marketing fulfillment request at the time its status is set to Closed.
Here’s how:
Step 1: In the Fulfillment Request, scroll down to the Customer Details section.
Step 2: Double-click the Parent Request field to make it editable (or click the pencil icon) and click the X to the right of the FR-XXXXXXX to remove the parent Fulfillment Request. The field should now be blank.
Step 3: Click on the Status field to see a list of options on the dropdown menu.
Step 4: Select Closed.
Step 5: Click the Save button.
