Client Sheet Creation

Purpose

Go through the process of creating a client sheet for a first month client and add it to the corresponding trackers.

Procedure

Inputs:

  • Each month new clients are looking forward to getting our services. These clients are added to the DigMS First Month Task Board and need an initial setup for their respective packages. Cards moving into this list are marked with a start date and a due date indicating the estimated time we have to complete all setup tasks.

 

  • Using the seo@dealerspike.com account open Google Drive, look for the dealer’s name, and make sure there isn’t a client sheet already created.

  • If there isn’t any, create a copy from the DS & ARI New Client Sheet Template and name this new copy with the dealer's name e.g. “Initial Set up Client Test”. Then add the basic information such as the dealership name, URL, SEO Package, SEO start date, and dealer contact info (found in the CRM project).

Remember : Client Sheets are created in the “Client Sheets” Folder . For clients change the location of the client sheet to the the “Domino (ARI New Sales)” Folder.

 

  • After creating the client sheet, open up the CRM Project (their CRM project is linked in the Sales Information portion of the Trello card) and add the link to the “Client Sheet Link” section under the Project Details section.

  • Navigate to the correct Client Tracker (linked below) and add a row in the correct alphabetical order (ARI only adds SEO clients to their tracker so just add dealers that purchased an SEO package). Here you’ll add:

    • Name of the dealer

    • An X in the packages that apply.

    • Sheet ID (the portion between /d/ and the next slash) and paste it into the Sheet ID column of the SEOMonitor Mapping section

    • Finally, indicate if the client is a Polaris OEM Project Dealer; write “Required” if the client purchased an SEO package and therefore requires an SEO report; and add a -1 for clients and a 1 for clients.

Outputs:

  • A new client sheet was created and ready for intake for the customer success team.
