This is a roadmap for the Core SEO Team to use as a guide for when things are happening throughout the month and when certain milestones are being hit. I expect you to do your best to meet these objectives and to proactively communicate when you think you aren’t.

Please use the FWD AI sheet to make all edits to your content this month. if you have issues please reach out to Grant or Lance.

MAJOR AI SHEET CHANGES!!!

  • Dealer Info now lives on the Capacity Planning Sheet - You will need to audit the information there.

  • Account Name MUST match what is in Salesforce to ensure all Lookup functions work correctly

  • Instead of checking a box you will update the Status field - (Column K)

    • Ready for QA - You have audited the content, and you are ready for the QA team to score you.

    • QA Correction Needed - The QA team has identified something that will need to be corrected. Once complete, you can make the row “Ready to Post”

    • Resub Request - The QA team has identified something that will need to be corrected and wants to verify the correction before posting. Once completed mark the row, “Resubmission Ready”.

    • Resubmission Ready - You have made the requested correction and are ready for QA to verify. Once QA is satisfied, they will mark the row as “Ready to Post”.

    • Ready to Post - All QA checks and corrections are complete and is ready for Juniper to post. If row not being QA’d, mark as “ready to post”.

    • Posted - Content is live on the site.

  • If no Destination URL listed the cell with highlight red - You need to fix these. We should ALWAYS have a Destination URL.

  • When working in the AI Sheet you MUST use a sheet view to make sure you’re not messing with anyone else’s work. Here’s how to access your view:

    • Click the “View” tab > Click “Sheet View” dropdown > Select your name

Audit and Correct FWD Rows

Reps will go through FWDs on SF and the AI Generation Sheet. They should be correct coming out of Salesforce each month. If information is missing, it will need to be added to both Salesforce and the AI sheet.

Important fields include:

  • Content Focus - Ensure it is specific and everything is spelled correctly. DO NOT include trademarks as it will break reporting.

  • Destination URL - Must be there to ensure content is linked to a specific page

  • Secondary Keywords - Please include any keyword variations that you would like included in the generated content. Comma separate all keywords in the fwd(do not use a line break).

  • Content Notes - This is where we will add any special instructions for the piece of content such as listing a certification or something the dealer specifically wants listed.
