Yext + GMB Issues/Fixes

What to do when Yext and GMB are linked but still not pulling data.

We have been working to get all of our clients GMB accounts synced up to Yext. However, even after that happens, Yext still might be having issues gathering data from GMB.

Here are a few things to check when this happens:

1. The location pin in the Knowledge Manager in Yext.

2. Check to make sure there are no errors in the Address, City, or Postal code.

3. If we do have manager access to their GMB account, check that in the SEO profile and see if there are any errors with the account. For example, the location hasn't been verified yet.


4. Lastly, if all else fails, obtain manager access to their GMB account so we can check it ourselves and see if there are any issues with it. How to add GMB manager.
