3. Maintenance (TDA)

 

Client requests have first priority and should be addressed first during the month, immediately after the reporting period.

The TDA Specialist will:

  • Monitor Call Notes and emails for any TDA Client request passed along from the Account Managers as a result of a report call or any other dealer contact

  • Monitor campaign spend

  • Submit requests to alter or update the design of any ads running

  • Add new or remove old geofences 

  • Set up Event Targeting (as requested)

  • Escalate requests as necessary

From this point on, all changes implemented to the TDA campaign will happen individually, with each change being handled via the Quorum platform.



Monthly Work


Once all client requests have been completed for the month, the Belize TDA Specialist and TDA Department Manager will accomplish the following to complete all monthly client work:

  • Submit requests to alter or update the design of any ads running

  • Add new or remove old geofences

  • Adjust domain lists by either adding or deleting domains

  • Monitoring domain list for relevance to a client's inventory
