Churn
First, we’ll fill out the Churn column for each service of each brand. We’ll use the reports below to do so.

Step 1
Select a report for the service you’re trying to gather data on.
Step 2 - Skip this step if you’re using the DS/ARI Last Month’s Churn reports.
Click on the filter icon to bring up the filter options.
Step 3 - Skip this step if you’re using the DS/ARI Last Month’s Churn reports.
Find the Churn Date filter and change it to LAST MONTH, then click Apply.
Step 4
You will now see the Unique Accounts (DS/ARI Last Month’s Churn) or Total Records (DigMS Churn This Year) at the top left of the report, but you still need to calculate the difference between Dealer Spike records and ARI records.

To distinguish between Dealer Spike records and ARI records, scroll to the right to see the LeadVenture Brand column, click the arrow in the column, then select Sort Ascending.

You should now be able to count and enter the number of ARI records into the spreadsheet.
