Report Access

ARI provides website performance reporting conveniently located within the CMS and powered by industry leading business intelligence tools. To access a website performance report, login to the website’s CMS, on the left sidebar panel, click on Reports then click on Website Performance Report.

Alternatively, the CMS Dashboard features an analytics ribbon for month to date leads, visitors, page views, and leads per 1,000 visitors. If you wish to access the full Website Performance Report, simply click on any of these data points and you will be directed to the report.

Analytics Ribbon

Once on Website Performance Report, you will see an expanded month to date analytics ribbons that includes Session Duration (mins) and Bounce Rate. Below are definitions for each data point. Please note, these values will always be month to date.

  • Leads: Total count of submitted leads compared to this date last month

  • Visitors: Total count of website visitors compared to this date last month

  • Page Views: Number of website page views compared to this date last month

  • Leads/1,000 Visitors: Number of leads submitted per 1,000 website visitors.

    • This is a great metric to track website visitor's engagement with the website

  • Session Duration (mins): Average duration in minutes a visitor spends on the website

  • Bounce Rate: Percentage of viewers who left the website after viewing one page.

    • Per Google, an average bounce rate is around 40-60%. A bounce rate lower then 40% is fantastic!

As mentioned in this article published in the Help Center, data points with green font indicate that value has improved compared to this date last month, whereas red font implies it has decreased compared to this date last month.

Lead Trending

Lead Trending is a line graph that shows historical lead count by month. The green line represents the current year, and the blue line highlights the previous year. This is a great visualization to show monthly lead increase on a yearly basis!

Leads by Type

Leads by type is a donut chart that shows a breakdown of submitted forms by lead type. The date range is from the beginning of the prior year through the end of the previous month.

Visitor Trending and Page View Trending

Visitor trending and page view trending are line graphs that shows a historical visitor count and page view count by month. The green line represents the current year, and the blue line highlights the previous year. This is another great visualization to show overall website performance on an annual basis!

Cross-Filter Capability on Lead Trending and Leads by Type Graphs

The advanced options also include a Filter icon, which applies to the Lead Trending and Leads by Type graphs. For example, if you click on one of the slices in the leads by type visual, it will filter the lead trending chart to only leads of that type. Similarly, if you click on one of the trending lines in the lead trending visual (let's say September of 2020) then it will filter the leads by type to only leads from September 2020.
