Units Cancelled Before Go-Live
Sometimes, our clients cancel the service before we set the service live. To indicate this, we ask that our client success team mark the item as “Product Not Live” when they submit the cancelation opportunity.
We can see this box on the following reports, and we are asked to count how many of these exist each month for each service. The following reports have the Product Not Live numbers:
Step 1
Open up the report for the service you’re looking for.
Step 2
Turn off the Detail Rows by clicking the switch at the very bottom of the page. You should now be able to see the subtotal of each brand’s Sum of Product Not Live.
