True Cancellations
Once you have verified that a takedown fulfillment request is, indeed, a cancellation, you should perform the following tasks:
Step 1: Note the last date of service and set that as the Due Date in the Basic Information section.
If you are unsure of the end-of-service date, Chatter the account manager and wait until you receive an answer. You don’t want to take down the service too early.
Step 2: Set the Fulfillment Detail Stage to Pre-Production. This step releases the tasks to Ready to Work stage.
Step 3: Select the Product.
Before you save your work, you may want to use the Fulfillment Description field for any additional notes for your rep, or simply to copy and paste the notes from the Notes from Sales section.
Step 4: Save by clicking the blue Save button.
Step 5: Assign the Owner. That would be the rep on the account.
