Important note before you start

Much of the following information is set up when you are onboarded by IT and HR. Your task is to log in and understand these tools in order to improve your own navigation within them.

What is LeadVenture Intranet?

LeadVenture Intranet is the organizational network for sharing company information and resources among team members. You will be able to locate an abundance of learning materials and LeadVenture information regarding benefits, meetings, and general industry news to assist in your journey with the company.


How to Access

The LeadVenture Intranet requires login credentials in order to access, which will be provided to you by IT/HR. Once you have received this information, try logging in to explore the space:


What is Passwordstate?

Passwordstate is our password management tool for finding login credentials for our shared/team-wide accounts.

What is ADP?

Automatic Data Processing—or ADP—is a means to record your working hours, request PTO or sick time, find employee benefits, and submit annual reviews. You can update, modify, and remove personal information by accessing this space.


How to Access

Follow the LMS Course to be able to log in and navigate ADP to make full use of all of its features:


What is the VPN?

Our Virtual Private Network (VPN) creates an encrypted pathway for accessing our customer management software. The VPN also protects your data and hides your IP address in order to prevent us from unintentionally manipulating traffic data on our customer websites.


How to Access

When you are initially onboarded by IT, they will give you setup instructions that will allow you to connect with the VPN.


What is SalesForce?

SalesForce is our primary CMS (client management system) where all of the client information, billing, products, and associated workflows live. It is the preferred communication channel for anything related to client’s or their service. It is also the tool we use to manage our workflow and will be your primary form of task management.


How to Access

The LMS Courses will walk you through the process of navigating the SalesForce environment to locate client campaign information.

What is Confluence?

Confluence is a collaborative workspace that houses all of our documentation for platform processes, trainings, system updates, and more.

Confluence is the platform these training modules exist on. You can find an abundance of other learning materials by navigating this space.


How to Access

You will be given login credentials for Confluence when you are initially onboarded. You can sign into the space here:

What is Vonage?

Vonage is an interdepartmental and client communication system. It allows LeadVenture teams to contact clients and other teammates.

Important note

Since Account Managers serve as the main point of contact for clients, SEO Specialists rarely use Vonage. However, there are times when an SEO Specialist will need to join a call using Vonage. Therefore, it is important to understand how to log in and navigate the space.


How to Access

Follow the instructions in the LMS Course to correctly set up your RingCentral account and get accustomed to the application’s features:

What is Bonusly?

Bonusly is our employee reward system that allows team members to pay acknowledgment to their teammates who have gone above and beyond in assisting others and staying on top of their workload. By being a high contributor to the team, you can earn points, which can then be cashed in for rewards that are offered on the app.


How to Access

You can sign into Bonusly using your company email and password:

You are allotted 10 points to give out every month. When you believe a teammate has done a good job, you can reward them by following this process:

  • +Amount: This dictates hows many points you wish to give. You are given options for 1, 2, or 3 points.

  • @Recipient: This indicates who you wish to reward.

  • #Hashtag: This allows you to group your message around a certain topic. You will be given several topics for a hashtag to select.

  • Lastly, you can write a short message acknowledging your teammate’s contributions.
